This is a subdivision that consists of 76 lots (#500-576) that were offered in the market in April, 2007. Granada sits at the southeastern region of Mount Picacho, at about 500 meters (1500 ft) above sea level, with a stream running along its eastern border. The temperature ranges from 22-30°C (72-86°F).

Every lot within the subdivision has spectacular mountain views and many of the lots also have a window view of the Pacific coast and ocean. The lots range in size from 1,000 – 4,900 square meters (10,700 – 52,430 square feet). Twenty of the seventy-six lots have been reserved for the housing market, where the models San Carlos, Monte Azul and Mont Blanc are being built.
The first phase of lots chosen for houses are ready on the market , they are lots 515 to 524.
The second phase of lots chosen for houses are also on the market and they are lots 554 to 561, 566 and 567.
