This relatively small subdivision consists of 45 lots (#95-140) adjacent to the Piamonte subdivision. Buena Vista rests at 900-950 Mts (2700-2850 ft) above sea level. This area was developed in 3 phases, all of which have breath taking views of the Cerro Campana Mountains, The Bay of Chame, the Pacific Ocean and coastline. The temperature ranges from 20-28°C (68-84°F).
